We are directing all correspondance for each cohort to incubator@redeemercitytocity.com.

All cohorts will also have a unique Zoom link that is set up through this gmail account.

You will need to log into incubator@redeemercitytocity.com regularly to see updates from participants for attendance and track any submissions of homework or participant surveys.

  • Tue–Fri: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
    Key card access will be activated to enter the building after 6 p.m. only for evening classes and cohorts.

    Mon & Sat: Closed (except for special events)

    Sun: Nova Omnia closed (except for special events). RES floors open during worship services.


    🕰️ Early arrivals (before 8 AM): If the manual lock is open, you can use your key card (required before 9 AM). No card? Ring the silver doorbell.

    ⚠️ Respect shared space: Please minimize early/late usage beyond official hours.

    • Key cards do not disarm the alarm.

    • To arm the system if you're last to leave, request a one-time code from Clint Mollineau.

    • Avoid triggering lobby sensors after hours.

    • Have guests check in at the 1st Floor Front Desk, mentioning Nova Omnia or CTC.

    • Office team may be contacted to confirm their visit.

    • Staff will select and book all rooms. To confirm room number upon arrival, check the TVs screens in the elevator bank. 

    • If you need to change rooms for any reason, please do the following:

      • Reach out to the staff member on site, either in session or at reception, and they will assist you.

      • If no one is available, simply use the Roomz tablet outside available rooms to book the space in real time.
