CarePortal

CarePortal

CarePortal is a digital care-sharing platform that connects child-serving professionals (such as social workers, school counselors, and agencies) with local churches, community groups, and individuals who are ready to respond to urgent, vetted needs of children and families.

In New York City, CarePortal serves as a bridge between three key sectors:

Child-serving agencies (schools, foster/kinship care units, social service agencies) that identify real needs in families.

Faith-based organizations and local churches that mobilize quickly and relationally to meet those needs.

Community partners (businesses, nonprofits, volunteers) who amplify the impact by providing resources or joining as collaborators.

CarePortal Orientations

Learn the what, why, and how of serving vulnerable NYC families through CarePortal! This essential orientation will show your church leaders and volunteers how to access real-time local needs and coordinate effective, meaningful support. CarePortal NYC is hosting two separate orientation opportunities—choose the one that works best for you!

Tuesday, November 11th at 12:30pm

Thursday, November 13th at 6:00pm
