There’s a growing longing for revival in our city. Churches are praying together in unusual ways, not just for personal renewal, but for our city’s renewal by the Gospel. “Let your Kingdom come” to every neighborhood is the cry of prayer.
Looking back, we see that God has answered that prayer in the past, especially through the birth of the CMA. Since 1887, God has moved mightily through this movement. We’ve seen glimpses of the Kingdom through the beauty of the CMA, as God’s grace and mercy have spread throughout our city.
Hearing stories of past moves of God often inspires future ones. So, on May 6th, let’s be warmed by God’s love as we hear the compelling history of the CMA’s revival in our city. Dr. Kelvin Walker, District Superintendent for the Metro Area, will lead us through the movement’s history, sharing his journey and leading us in worship and prayer.
Join us for a time of connection over a great meal and time in Jesus’ presence.
